Roles & Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow-based demos, PoCs, and PoVs, ensuring alignment with Autonomize AI’s product vision and healthcare use cases.
- Define reference architectures, data models, integration patterns, and best practices for DemoHub solutions across ServiceNow modules.
- Act as the technical authority for ServiceNow implementations, guiding design decisions, trade-offs, and platform usage.
- Lead architecture reviews and ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, performance standards, scalability, and security guidelines.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Solution Consulting to translate complex business problems into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Design multi-instance, multi-tenant demo strategies, ensuring consistency, isolation, and ease of maintenance across environments.
- Drive platform governance, including application lifecycle management, update sets, CI/CD strategy, and release management.
- Ensure demos and PoCs are upgrade-safe and aligned with ServiceNow roadmap and release cycles.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural mentorship, setting coding standards and architectural guardrails for the team.
- Support customer-facing technical discussions, including solution walkthroughs, architecture deep dives, and technical validations.
Additional Qualifications / Skill Sets
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across one or more domains (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, or Healthcare-specific workflows).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including:
- CMDB & CSDM framework
- IntegrationHub & MID Server architecture
- Scoped applications and app lifecycle management
- Security, roles, ACLs, and data segregation
- Hands-on experience with complex integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC, event-driven integrations) and external data platforms.
- Ability to define non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, availability) and architect solutions accordingly.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow, source control (Git), and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong grasp of cloud architecture concepts and how ServiceNow integrates with cloud-native and AI-driven platforms.
- Exposure to AI-powered workflows, GenAI/Now Assist, and agentic automation patterns in ServiceNow.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
