We are a fast-scaling, mission-driven team building at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and trust. Our culture prizes full-stack ownership, speed with clarity, and operating in the final mile. We are looking for builders who want to compound their impact as we grow.

The Opportunity

Autonomize AI is seeking a full-time Junior Marketing Designer who is a design-focused executor. This role is responsible for translating content outlines, copy, and briefs into polished, on-brand visual assets for both internal and external use.
Reporting to the Chief Content Officer, you will play a critical role in helping Autonomize show up clearly and consistently across sales, product, marketing, and internal communications. This is an execution-heavy role ideal for someone who loves turning direction into high-quality design and takes pride in craft, consistency, and speed.

What You’ll Do

  • Produce high-quality visual assets including slides, pitch decks, sales one-pagers, product overviews, carousels, infographics, and social graphics based on content direction from the Chief Content Officer and other leaders.
  • Take provided outlines, copy, and messaging and convert them into clean, on-brand designs that are easy to understand for busy healthcare and enterprise audiences.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials by applying established templates, typography, color palettes, iconography, and layout standards.
  • Support design requests from sales, product, leadership, and customer success by managing intake, communicating timelines, and delivering reliably.
  • Format and polish internal communication materials such as all-hands decks, internal updates, and enablement documents so they are visually clear and aligned with the external brand.
  • Prepare and optimize assets for different channels and formats including PDF, PPT, PNG, web, social, and email while following file management and naming conventions.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from the Chief Content Officer and other stakeholders, making revisions quickly while maintaining brand quality.
  • Organize and maintain a shared library of reusable visual components, slide templates, and brand assets to increase speed and consistency across the team.

You’re a Fit If You Have

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing design, or a similar hands-on creative role, either in-house or at an agency.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, Figma, and Canva, with a portfolio demonstrating strong layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
  • The ability to work from an outline, brief, or rough draft and transform it into a clear, visually engaging asset without needing to define the core messaging or strategy.
  • A strong grasp of visual design fundamentals including typography, spacing, color usage, visual balance, and brand systems.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in formatting, alignment, consistency, and version control.
  • The ability to manage multiple requests at once, prioritize based on direction from the Chief Content Officer, and deliver on deadline.
  • Comfort receiving feedback, iterating quickly, and collaborating closely with content and marketing leaders.

Bonus Points

  • Experience designing for B2B tech, SaaS, or healthcare audiences.
  • Familiarity with additional tools such as Adobe InDesign, basic video tools (for example, Premiere Rush or CapCut), or simple animation tools for micro-interactions.
  • Exposure to social media design best practices including LinkedIn carousels, infographics, social thumbnails, and event promotions.
  • A basic understanding of how design supports sales enablement, product marketing, and customer success such as battlecards, feature overviews, and ROI one-pagers.
  • Experience working with brand or design systems including component libraries and reusable templates.
  • Interest in AI-powered creative tools and a willingness to experiment to improve speed and quality of output.
